Here is a few FAQs we have put together to clarify our Consignment shop
Anyone! Swing by the store anytime with your gently used items.
We accept high quality, gently used dance and athletic wear. From active wear to costumes, tiaras to bags, ballet barres to gym mats, we take it all.
If it’s your first time dropping off items for consignment, you will need to fill out a form with all of your contact information. We will then go through your items with you and return anything we cannot keep, or you can choose to donate them. Don’t be offended if we can’t keep something! We are constantly monitoring what’s in season, what people are buying, and what people are not buying.
After you drop-off items, we will tag and price everything. All your items get tagged with a unique barcode that will apply your portion of the sale to your account.
We always say I try to do a little tap dance between earning the consignor (and the shop!) the most money possible while still maintaining a competitive enough price that inventory moves. For regular items, we will price things ourselves. For high end costumes, the consignor is welcome to have input. We want you to be comfortable with what the item is selling for and what you’ll earn if it sells.
You make varying rates depending on the selling value of the consigned item:

Once you are registered as a consignor, you will receive an email with information to log into your consignor account. Your account will show a list of all of your items and when they sell.
You get paid when your item sells. Once you have earned money, you can shop in-store with your consignor credit or request an etransfer.
